The agreement between you and Blexor LLC for using Snap2PC. Written to be read.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Snap2PC for as long as these terms are met. You own your documents; we license you the software.
A paid licence covers one receiving PC. You need one for each PC that receives documents. The mobile app is free and unlicensed — install it on as many phones as you like, send as many documents as you like, at no charge.
If you are using Snap2PC for your own documents, delivery to a PC on the same local network is free for a limited time. No account is required.
We may begin charging for personal use in future. If we do, we will say so in the app and on this site before it takes effect, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first. Other ways of delivering a document, and features beyond that, may also be offered separately.
Personal use means your own paperwork, or a household's. Using it in the course of a business, trade or profession — including as a sole trader, and including a home office — is commercial use, whoever owns the PC.
Commercial use costs $9.99 per receiving PC, per month, and requires registration: an account is what allows a PC to accept documents only from people the business recognises, and what puts a person's name behind each delivery.
The first month is free. No payment details are needed to start it, and it does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. When the month ends, that PC continues to receive documents whether or not you subscribe — see section 5. The free month is offered once per receiving PC.
Documents keep arriving. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, Snap2PC does not stop receiving. The PC behaves as a personal one until it is sorted out: documents still land, in the default folder with a default name.
This is a deliberate commitment, not an oversight. Software that stops working because a card expired is software that stops a business working, and we are not prepared to be that. Nothing already delivered is ever removed or locked.
Documents you send go from your phone to your PC. We do not receive them, store them, or have any technical means of reading them. We claim no rights over anything you send, and we cannot recover a document for you, because we never had it. What we do collect is set out in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for backing up documents once they reach your PC. Snap2PC delivers files; it is not a backup system and is not a substitute for one.
We may update the software to fix problems, improve it, or keep it working with new versions of Windows, Android and iOS. Updates are included in your licence. We may change or discontinue features; if we remove something you rely on from a paid tier and you are unhappy, tell us and we will refund your current period.
Snap2PC is provided as is. We have built it carefully and test it on real hardware, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from the use of Snap2PC.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for Snap2PC in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may stop using Snap2PC at any time; uninstalling ends the licence. We may end it if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, and we will tell you why. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply afterwards.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court with proper jurisdiction.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice before it takes effect for you — continuing to use Snap2PC after that means you accept it.
