An account is what lets a PC accept documents only from phones your firm recognises, and puts a person's name against every delivery rather than just a device.
Filing your own paperwork at home? You do not need this. Personal use on your own network is free and needs no account at all — just install it and pair your phone.
The first month is free and no card is asked for now. You will need the email address and password below again when you claim your PC, so use ones you can get back to.

In the tray app, open Account and sign in with the details above. Claiming is done at the machine rather than here, because the person sitting at a PC is the one entitled to attach it.
Come back here for a code per phone. A claimed PC accepts documents only from phones that have used one — including your own, so invite yours first.
